About Causr

Why Causr exists.

Project management has changed. We have more tools than ever — and yet the hardest part of delivery has nothing to do with tools.

01 — Current state

AI can help write documentation, summarise meetings, generate updates, organise tasks, and speed up the admin that used to consume so much of a project manager's time.

As the operational work became easier, the human side became more important.

Project managers time is no longer taken up with coordination of tasks and timelines. They are the people holding together conversations, relationships, expectations, decisions, risks, and the impact those things have across teams.

02 — Why Causr

Projects rarely fail because a task was missing.

They fail because a decision disappeared into meeting notes. A blocker sat unowned. A stakeholder changed direction. A risk was logged but never connected to delivery. Small loose threads become large delivery problems.

We already have tools for planning, for tracking work, and for messaging. What we don't have is a dedicated place for the operational reality that sits between them.

That is why Causr exists.

03 — What we built

Causr was built to help project managers capture the soft signals that shape delivery — decisions, blockers, risks, ownership, stakeholder impact, and the conversations that move projects forward.

Not to replace project management tools.

To support the people doing it, built by the people doing it.

To keep every loose thread visible before it becomes a missed milestone.

What we believe

Four principles that shape every decision we make.

01

Projects are human systems.

Tasks matter, but relationships, communication, and accountability decide outcomes.

02

Visibility beats volume.

More updates do not create clarity. Connected information does.

03

Decisions should survive meetings.

Important project context should not disappear into documents and chat history.

04

Governance should feel natural.

RAID logs, decision registers, and stakeholder tracking are necessary. Maintaining them should not feel like extra work.

Who it's for

Built for the people holding delivery together.

  • Project managers
  • Delivery leads
  • Programme managers
  • Implementation teams
  • People who spend more time connecting information than creating it
  • People responsible for delivery, even when they do not control every moving part
The problem we're solving

Less reconstruction. More delivery.
