- Ensuring information uploaded to Causr is lawful and authorised

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful activity
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
- Use the platform to infringe intellectual property or confidentiality rights
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of all content uploaded to Causr.
By using the Services, you grant Causr a limited licence to process, store, and display content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and permissions for all uploaded content.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features may use AI-assisted processing to structure project information.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by users before relying on them for operational or business decisions.
Causr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
7. Availability and Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occasionally affect availability.
8. Fees and Billing
Certain features may require paid subscriptions.
Where applicable:
- Fees will be displayed before purchase
- Subscription fees may renew automatically unless cancelled
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

The Causr platform, branding, software, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Causr.

However, users remain responsible for assessing whether the Services are appropriate for their organisation’s specific security and compliance requirements.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Causr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability or reliability
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every operational, legal, or organisational requirement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Causr shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Data loss
- Delays or operational disruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Causr in the twelve months preceding the claim.
